Using the site

You may browse Slope Scout and use its resort information for your own personal trip planning. You may not scrape, republish or resell substantial parts of our content, or use automated tools that place an unreasonable load on the site, without our written permission.

Accuracy of resort information

Resort statistics, lift counts, opening dates, pass prices and piste maps change frequently and are supplied by resorts and other sources. We check them each season and correct errors as soon as we learn of them, but we cannot guarantee that every figure is current.

Always confirm prices, opening dates and conditions with the resort before booking or travelling.

Safety

Nothing on Slope Scout is mountain safety advice. Snow forecasts and avalanche conditions change quickly. Follow the local avalanche bulletin, resort signage and qualified guides or instructors when deciding where to ride.

Intellectual property

Our text, layout, logo and original photography belong to Slope Scout. Resort piste maps, videos and some photographs remain the property of their respective resorts and rights holders and are shown for reference. If you own material shown here and want it credited differently or removed, contact us.

Third party links and advertising

Links to resort websites, booking partners and advertisers are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, prices or privacy practices.

Liability

We provide the site on an as is basis. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on the information here. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing here affects the statutory rights of consumers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
